"Rescue gear shouldn’t fall apart this fast, right?"
I ordered a rescue tube and a few straps for our pool, and I expected them to feel a lot more dependable. After only a few uses, the stitching started coming loose and the clip had that cheap, flimsy feel to it. For rescue equipment, that’s not really something you want to be second-guessing, right?
Customer service was polite enough, but that didn’t really solve the main issue for me. Once I noticed the gear wasn’t holding up, I just couldn’t trust it anymore and ended up replacing everything from another place. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like rescue gear should be built to last, so I wouldn’t buy that kind of equipment here again.

I ordered a medium and somehow ended up with a small, which felt way more dramatic in the moment than it probably needed to be. But come on, I was really looking forward to what I paid for, and then this tiny little thing shows up like it’s supposed to be fine. Annoying, not gonna lie

"I went in expecting to grab a few…"
I went in expecting to grab a few basic things, but the selection felt really limited. I kept walking around thinking I must be missing an aisle or something, but nope. Weirdly, I remember there was a single bright purple spatula hanging in the kitchen section, but none of the actual everyday stuff I needed. Disappointing...

The product itself was okay, but the packaging arrived ripped and messy. I’ve ordered similar items before and they usually come in much better shape, so this was a bit disappointing.

I requested a refund it took way longer than I thought it would. I kept wondering if maybe I had missed an email or done something wrong on my end, but it just seemed to take forever to process. It did eventually come through, but the wait was frustrating.

My order ended up on backorder, and I really didn’t get much in the way of clear updates. I had to keep checking on it myself, and the replies I got didn’t actually explain when it might ship. Frustrating, honestly... not what I expected.

I had to exchange a swimsuit for a different size, and overall the process worked fine. The only thing was... the replies took a bit longer than I expected, and the return shipping details weren’t super clear at first. It got sorted out in the end, though.

"Personalized Order Was a Letdown"
I was bummed when this arrived. The custom embroidery just did not look right, the name was slightly crooked, and some of the stitching looked messy in a way that was hard to ignore. The worst part was that the customization didn’t even match what I chose online. I totally expected a tiny difference here or there, but this felt like a full-on disappointment. Sadly, I don’t think I’d order anything personalized from them again.

I tried using their bulk order support, but it never really helped me much. On top of that, the terms seemed to keep changing, which made the whole process even more frustrating. I just wanted a straightforward bulk order experience, but it ended up feeling like a hassle.

I stopped by looking for lifeguard gear, and once again, most of what I needed was out of stock. It’s getting frustrating at this point. The staff gave the usual canned apology, but that doesn’t really help when this keeps happening over and over.

"Pretty disappointing experience"
So I went in with a couple basic questions about sizing and which guard suit would be the best fit, but the staff seemed kind of confused and not very interested in helping. I mostly got short answers and ended up having to figure things out on my own. For a store like this, I expected them to know the products a lot better. Disappointing overall...

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered the stuff I needed thinking it would ship within a reasonable amount of time, but it just sat there forever. The tracking was barely updating, so I kept checking it every day like that was somehow going to make it move faster, which got old fast.
By the time it finally started going anywhere, I already needed the items. The products might be perfectly fine, but the shipping delay was ridiculous. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.
